Alpharetta Outfitters offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-sale items. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from us.
- Any unused product may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be in the original packaging, including original tags, labels, and receipt.
- Any unused product may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receipt
(including items missing original packaging). - EXCEPTIONS: Flies and fly tying materials, floatants, specials orders, and discounted products
are NOT returnable. All sales final.$10 All You Can Ship
To return or exchange an item, please come into the Store, or in the case of web orders, call the Shop at 678-762-0027 or email info@alpharettaoutfitters.com to receive an RA number.
PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products come with a warranty. Repairs for products under warranty should be returned to the manufacturer, not Alpharetta Outfitters. If you need any help with this process, we’d be happy to facilitate it for you.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so before the order is shipped and receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will result in shipping and return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee.
Shipping:
AO gladly ships products to customers. Shipping is currently only offered to addresses within the United
States. We can ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, and P.O. boxes.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process and ship.
Our shipping options include: $6 All You Can Ship, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air (if you’ve procrastinated for too long). In-store pickup is also available. Free shipping on all orders
over $100.
A return label can be provided if requested with any order. However, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund/store credit amount.

Please include your packing slip or order number in the return package. Tracking information is included on all orders shipped via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Policy
Alpharetta Outfitters ships using USPS from our store on all domestic orders. Occasionally we will have your order drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If a product is not in stock or will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately via email.
U.S. SHIPPING
Orders of less than $100 will be charged $10.
Orders of greater than $100 will get free shipping.
