Single Guide Trip Reservation Policy:
Once you have submitted your request to book a trip, we will contact you to confirm your reservation. All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.Â
Multi-Guide Reservation/Group Trip Cancellation policy:
Reservations requiring three or more guides require a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable 30 days before the deposit date.
Cancellation policy:Â
Guided trips are conducted rain or shine. Alpharetta Outfitters’s fly fishing guides will ultimately determine whether or not it is best (safe) to venture out into the great outdoors. If dangerous weather or conditions are forecasted, Alpharetta Outfitters’s Guide Service reserves the right to cancel the trip. A customer may cancel a booked trip more than 7 days before the scheduled trip and receive a full refund. However, trips canceled within 7 days will forfeit their deposit.Â
