Alpharetta Outfitters Founder and Liaison to Missions
Chuck started his shop with a desire to share his dual passion of the outdoors and fly fishing.
Even in the midst of running multiple businesses and raising a family, he knew firsthand the immense freedom and the satisfaction found in casting dry flies in North Georgia’s cool mountain streams.
So over a decade ago, he began to build a hands-on outdoor business crafted over time and morphing into the pursuit of both fly fishing and the fellowship it provides.
Today this regional fly fishing shop has become a haven for individuals, families, and friends to learn and experience this sense of adventure while casting a rod on waters literally around the world.
At the end of the day, he had no desire for personal financial gain, but rather a mission for AO to pour its net profits into the lives of individuals and organizations domestically and abroad. The effects of this mission-based business plan resonate amongst the family-like relationships of employees and customers alike.
Today he finds himself with family and close friends, at home on North Georgia streams, and behind the vise turning out some of his favorite soft hackle patterns for those ever so wily trout.
