Payment and Cancellation Policy – Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card. We accept all major credit cards (subject to 3% service charge). To confirm a reservation, a 25% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to secure and hold your reservation. Your reservation cannot be guaranteed without a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable unless the client can be replaced. Full payment of the deposit may be transferred to another client for this trip. Final balance for your trip is due 60 days before departure. It is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance from your travel agent or through a source such as Insuremytrip.com to cover unforeseen events that might cause you to cancel. Receipt of deposit is acknowledgment that registrant/angler has read and accepts the DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY written above.
