Lanier’s Fly Only Striper Tournament The Southern Striper Open is an annual gathering of fly anglers combining friendly competition and giving back to those who’ve served.  This catch-photo-release tournament brings together the Southeast’s fly fishing community to compete for bragging rights and high-end gear prizes, all while raising support for veterans in our local Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing chapters.

• Target Species: Striped Bass
• The Mission: All proceeds go to our local PHWFF chapters.
• The Event: Includes a pre-tournament captain's meeting, a day and a half of competition on Lake Lanier, and a closing ceremony at Pig Tales with food and raffles.
